I have a love/hate relationship with finishing books. I so desperately want to know what happens, but finishing them is like losing a piece of yourself. I just want to reread my favorite books all day long and never stop.

This has made my week infinitely better than I could have imagined. It has also proven to make any sort of self control and “living in the present” unbearable. So…it’s gonna be a long semester thanks to my fabulous graduation present. Thanks, me. Hate you/love you.
It’s always nice after a busy day to find an easy little song. “First Love Never Die” switches between tempos as it navigates its passages, but the song is so tastefully effortless it’s hard to muster the energy to judge it sloppy. And the video, to my mind, depicts a maybe perfect romance. Just what I’d like to prime my midday nap’s dreams.
